Services Work About Book a Free Call

Real systems. Running right now.

Every one of these was built for a real organization in the Caribbean. Here's what happened.

Online Booking Platform

Sports & recreation facility, Sint Maarten

~70%
Drop in no-shows

Bookings came in through phone calls and WhatsApp. One person kept the schedule in her head and on a wall calendar. Double bookings happened every week. No-shows were constant because nobody paid upfront.

We built a complete online booking system. Customers pick their time slot, pay when they book, and get an automatic confirmation. Cancellations follow the business rules — too late and the policy applies on its own. The facility owner has an admin panel to manage everything, and every booking creates a record for accountability.

No-shows dropped about 70%. The person who used to manage the wall calendar now manages the business.

HR Performance Review System

Government maritime organization, 500+ personnel

6 weeks → days
Review cycle time

Performance reviews involved three types of documents, all in Dutch, all filled in by hand using Word templates. Managers did them inconsistently or avoided them entirely because the process was tedious. A full review cycle took six weeks.

We built a digital system where managers log in, select an employee, and fill in structured inputs. AI generates properly formatted review documents in the organization's official style. Previous reviews load automatically so there's continuity between cycles. A manager dashboard shows who's completed theirs and who's overdue.

Six-week cycles dropped to days. Documents come out formatted correctly every time. Managers actually do their reviews now because it's not painful anymore.

Sick Leave Management Bot

Logistics & transport company

0
Overdue cases falling through the cracks

Sick leave was reported by phone. A manager wrote it down — or forgot to. HR found out days later. Nobody had a clear picture of who was out, for how long, or which cases needed follow-up.

We built an AI assistant that lives in the WhatsApp group managers already use. When someone calls in sick, the manager sends a message and the bot handles the rest: registration, recovery tracking, status checks. Every morning it sends automatic alerts: long-term cases, missing recovery dates, overdue returns. At the end of each month it generates a report and emails it to the manager.

No new apps to install. No forms. It works where people already work. The daily alerts made the real difference. Overdue cases stopped falling through the cracks.

Procurement Document Generator

Government organization

3 days → 20 min
Quote to completed document package

Government procurement requires specific documents depending on the value — advisory reports, NDAs, assignment letters, sometimes a government decree. Staff filled templates manually, looked up which documents were needed for which thresholds, and passed paper between offices. Quote to completed document package: three days on a good week.

We automated it. A staff member uploads the vendor quote. The system reads it, extracts the relevant details, and presents them for review. Based on the procurement value, it generates exactly the right set of documents in the official templates. A final approval step before anything gets filed.

Staff don't need to remember the rules anymore. The system knows which documents are required and when. Three days became 20 minutes. Auditors get perfectly formatted, traceable records every time.

AI Content Creation Pipeline

Internal production system

Half a day → minutes
Content production time

Creating images and videos for social media and marketing meant either hiring a designer per project or spending hours in editing tools. For regular content production, neither scales.

We built a system where you submit a brief and get finished visual content back (images, videos, or both). It handles multiple styles, can match reference images, and catalogs everything so assets are searchable later. A batch of requests processes in minutes instead of one at a time.

Content that used to take a designer half a day now takes a few minutes and a written description.

Automated Monthly Invoicing

Consulting client

1 afternoon
To set up. Runs itself since.

Monthly invoices were created by hand. Open a template, update the numbers, export to PDF, write the email, attach it, send. Thirty minutes of work that happened every month, when it didn't get forgotten or sent late.

We automated the entire thing. On the first of each month, the invoice generates itself with the correct amounts and period, converts to PDF, and emails to the client. If anything goes wrong, an alert fires immediately.

It took an afternoon to set up. It's been running every month since without anyone touching it. Sometimes the biggest wins are the simplest ones.
